The breakfast had plentiful choices. I especially liked the fresh pastries. the spa was a very nice bonus. I used the sauna after a long day, it felt rejuvenating!!!
The air conditioning system was centrally controlled. I could not adjust it in my room.

Really good Stay by the River

I picked this spot because it is located near the city center and the river. It made exploring so easy with a short walk to the heart of everything. I found my room to be very clean. The staff at the reception during breakfast were great. The breakfast included a wide selection of delicious items like local specialties and fresh fruit.
The air conditioning system was centrally controlled so I could not adjust it in my room.

My room was a good size and felt very well equipped it included a minibar with a variety of drinks and snacks. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided each day too

This location is really convenient since it is near the historic center and also near public transport. It took me less than 25 minutes to walk to main attractions. This proximity helped me maximize my time for city exploration

inadjustable air conditioningcramped spa
i was really disappointed that the air conditioning wasn't adjustable from the room itself (i had to call the front desk for adjustments). this made it hard to get the room temperature just right at night. also, the spa was smaller than i expected. it felt a bit cramped and lacked some of the amenities i'd expect in a hotel of this supposed caliber. i think they need a serious upgrade to match the rest of the hotel.

The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The hotel staff were great too ensure my comfort. They were friendly! The location was PERFECT and very accessible to main attractions. The room was clean. The comfy bed ensured a restful sleep.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled, I wanted to adjust it to my preference. The room tended to get a little too warm at night and it was not comfortable.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym including three treadmills and two stationary bikes, perfect for maintaining your fitness routine. A spa is available, offering various treatments. Elena, the therapist, gave AMAZING massages. Breakfast had endless options, the food was AMAZING!!!

The staff were very kind and helpful. I really appreciated the personalized service, especially Adil's assistance with my bags. The reception staff were lovely, they kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake. The staff were very polite!

The hotel is across the river from Piazzale Michelangelo, a short walk to Ponte Vecchio, Galleria degli Uffizi and Basillica di Santa Croce. Most attractions were within a 10-20 minute walk. Walking to the city center along the river was easy!

mixed feelings about my stay
functional gymsmall roommosquito problem
the gym had equipment that worked well enough for a basic workout.
my room was smaller than expected, especially considering the price. mosquitoes were a constant nuisance, and the staff didn't seem particularly concerned.. perhaps they are used to it. the walk to the main attractions was definitely longer than advertised, stretching my patience.
